I am responsible for the planning and implementation of sales, marketing, and product introduction for Lyric Robot, an international company expanding into the United States. My roles are not limited to sales and marketing, they also include developing long term relationships with customers. My goal is to introduce them to the many benefits that Lyric Robot Intelligent Automation can provide in helping to reduce costs, improve production, and create competitive advantages for our customers.

I manage customer accounts for the north east for prototype and production precision machined parts. I also develop sales strategies for existing customers, and identify new business opportunities.

Responsible for farming and hunting for new accounts. Selling repair and refurbishment services to semiconductor factories. I sold over $1 million in repair services. I interface with engineering, maintenance, procurement and middle management.

Manage Components Sales business of $10M and continue to grow the business. I work with strategic managers in planning, forecasting and operational profits. I research and prepare competitive analysis and marketing intelligence. I consistently achieve sales goals and work on establishing new business. I am also the Safety Coordinator responsible for welfare of over 45 employees and ensuring all government, state and local permits are up to date and OSHA compliant.

Maintain and Grew external accounts for Praxair Surface Technologies for Electrostatic chucks and chamber components. Achieved sales growth while penetrating new markets. Established 10 new accounts in ranges of $100K - $1M in new business. Capable of communicating powerfully that sales are closed at every level from the engineering concept to the boardroom.

Maintained and Grew external accounts for Disaster Recovery Services. Researched new potential accounts for opportunities in consulting, ebusiness and web-based security services. Grew existing accounts by 15 percent and handled all conference seminars for East Coast region. Developed alternative business sectors on the East Coast and Puerto Rico.

Developed a Sales and Marketing Plan for RF-Mix Analog Signal Products. Educated sales teams on implementing strategic accounts. Worked with the factory integrating new design wins for future product lines. Worked towards managing five strategic and twenty low-end accounts worth over 100 Million in revenue.

Managed ten high-level accounts worth over 50 Million in revenue. Performed daily meetings on account activity and primary interface with customers. Coordinated tactical marketing, manufacturing, engineering and sales for development of new products.

Coordinated external marketing activities for Advanced Semiconductor Technology Center wafer sales. Negotiated contracts with other plants and report on financial activities.

Prepared monthly executive pitch to highlight issues and concerns. Actively managed finances, resources and assets to resolve issues.

Coordinated sales on manufacturing, test and process areas $44 million. Responsible for synchronizing customer sales, internal transfers, and technical gift donations.

Managed and manufacturing process line. Provided technical direction to 25 employees focusing on employee performance planning, counseling, evaluations, hiring, firing and work force reductions.

Mainatained robotic machines/ equipments and performed preventive maintainance. Also taught work station ownership to manufacturing employees.

Maintained ship's telephones, power systems and alarms. Responsible for ship's missile security systems and navigational equipment. Supervised work center of 10 noncommissioned officers.
