At Compomill I have the honor of acting as sales for both RF / Microwave and Power electronics components. This is a global work that we live and breathe through a wide network of relationships with customers and suppliers over the whole world. Some of my first factory audits I conducted in my early 20’s. Through the years it have become a lot of these audits in three continents. I combine strong business acumen with a high level of drive and excellent communication skills. In my profession, this makes me able to both create business visions, strategies, and lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams forward to reach them. I always aim to give best possible service to our customers and suppliers. Simply said: I make things happen!I have an engineering platform combined with a Master's degree in Business and Administration, and many years of experience from different types and levels of positions in an international environment. My personal and professional characteristics can be summarized as: - Working in sales were I comfortably move across functions and hierarchies. - I fluently speak the different languages of: technical enthusiasts, “difficult” suppliers, demanding customers, owners of small companies as well as CEO’s to big corporations. - I quickly identify business opportunities and win-wins within the supply chain. - I’m able to create visions that give business value. - I’m stubborn and I will make sure we deliver.
