I am a demonstrated successful manager of personnel, facilities and business organizations. In achieving this, i possess a very strong background in facility management from Medical to all levels of Education, service and sales organizations, customer support, relations and personnel. My background also includes facility issue investigations, remediation, specific sales expertise in facility construction, chemical treatment, building automation, along what service sales and retrofit projects. I've also served as the Owners Representative/Construction Manager for construction projects. Having experience on both sides of the "fence" affords me with a very different view than most facility/property mangers.I've recently retired from Drake University.
