• Coordinated company purchase terms and agreements with former ownership team, completed migration of company intellectual property and clients, and completed a seamless transition to new ownership team.• Established the Product Management, Client Support, Development Operations, and Business Development Teams. During the first four months after migration, developed the Efficient Oilfield Solutions Platform development roadmap, oversaw the creation of training, onboarding, and user guide materials, stood up a 10-person offshore development team, and initiated a CRM system to track clients and new prospects.

• Integrated the Inveniam Data Operating Platform to manage client’s documents on Blockchain. Documented client’s processes, integrated work processes to the Platform, and implemented transformation plan to derive maximum value from converting processes onto the Platform. • Drove $250,000 in new revenue agreements by completing the negotiations of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Terms of Service (TOS), and Statements of Work (SOW). • Learned directly from the client about areas of deficiency for the Platform. Using those insights, determined immediate work arounds with our Product Team and documented future tasks to implement required functionality. Increased intimacy and trust with client by going and beyond to ensure their success.

• Managed content for over 200 presentations, generating an estimated $10 million in commission, over two years, through the delivery of a data integrated sales presentation tool, PRISM, to 30+ markets in North America. Lead the day-to-day development activities of an onshore development team, engaged with internal and external clients to determine product roadmap, and facilitated change activities for the business. • Created 500 3D Test Fits for space planning, resulting in a 78% win rate for an estimated $50 million of revenue by standing up a team of Interior Designers and negotiating contract terms for a new space planning technology, Saltmine. • Managed 80 plus vendor relationships, contracts, and product roadmaps. Engaged with 15+ Regional / Service Line Presidents to document technology needs, set expectations around delivery, and submitted funding requests to purchase required technology. Supervised a team of Solution Owners and Project Managers to lead the engagement with each business service line, to drive their respective technology roadmap and subsequent execution.

• Setup two Cyber Security Operations Centers for Chevron Oil and Gas Company, utilizing 70+ project and operational resources to monitor and track Cyber attacks against their IT infrastructure. As Program Manager and Deputy Project Management Office (PMO) lead oversaw the implementation of industry leading security protocols, deployment of Cyber Security technology, implementation of end-to-end procedures, while ensuring on time and under budget delivery.• Earned a perfect 5.0 DoD Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) for a Department of Defense (DoD) knowledge sharing initiative, JKnIFE, that facilitated information with deployed personnel. Prior management of the contract lead to a “Notice of Concern” regarding the project’s management and during my tenure returned the project to a “Green” status. • Managed 48 contract analysts’ resources in the Iraq and Afghanistan Theater of Operations. Assumed responsibility for all issues relating to analyst’s performance, equipment / personnel logistics, and personal safety. During the 18 months of successful deployed service, I fulfilled all my position requirements, up to and including the exfiltration of a wounded analyst.

–Served as the primary conduit between the Habeas Corpus declassification effort, Office of Military Commissions, DoD Office of General Counsel, Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and JITF-CT.–Managed a declassification work process with 120 personnel and numerous ingest points.–Delivered over 6,000 documents at various levels of classification, while overseeing various levels of quality control. –Developed and implemented tracking mechanisms for accurate document accountability.–Fulfilled work output requirements by supervising eight analysts to carry out various functional mission areas.–Reviewed work policy and procedures to reveal areas of concern, to minimize incidental classified disclosure.

• Conducted analysis on various terrorist groups found in Iraq and Afghanistan• Provided oversight to 45 All-Source Analysts and aided / guided their analytical decisions• Designed, created, and maintained a workflow process through Microsoft SharePoint to handle the exploitation of 100,000 records with 900-1000 being added daily.
