I work within the Evolve business unit, primarily supporting the Electronic Document Management product, Evolve EMR. As our key customer, the UK's National Health Service (NHS) relies on us to maintain high levels of satisfaction while ensuring strict confidentiality and security.The Evolve EMR system is built on IIS and SQL, with an iOS app, and encompasses various features such as Electronic Document Management, Enterprise Document Capture, eForms and Workflow, and HL7 Integration. It integrates third-party solutions like Meridio, HP IDOL, Iguana iNTERFACEWARE, Liquid Office, and TeleForm.In my role, I manage and progress incidents raised through Jira Service Desk when customers are unable to resolve issues internally. My responsibilities include triaging, troubleshooting, applying fixes, explaining workarounds, or escalating when necessary. I regularly recreate issues, review logs, restart services, perform code or SQL updates, and monitor performance.Success in this role requires excellent problem-solving, communication, organisational, and time management skills, all while adhering to process and standards. I’m constantly improving through knowledge sharing, proactive engagement, and upskilling.
