My focus at the firm is chapter 7 case filings. We are the highest filing Bankruptcy law firm in Colorado. I am out of the Denver office covering our cases about 10 days a month.
I solve problems and get cases filed. I handle all Chapter 7 filings for the firm, and usually file between 14-28 cases a week. I routinely get assigned and handle the "problem" clients. My favorite part is when clients give me financial advice at the bankruptcy paperwork signing. I love my job though. You want a hard job? Go manage a bunch of teenage girls at Ben & Jerry's!

I can still quote from CRS 38-12-501 to 511 without even thinking. I was an elbow-clerk for Adams County Court Judge Romano. He is an excellent Judge and a down-to-earth good man.
Worked closely with Supreme Court Law Library Director Daniel Cordova on any assignments for the Courts or patrons. I absolutely love working a law reference desk. I also met my future wife at that desk, so maybe that explains my affinity with the CSCLL
