I aspired to be a Chemical Engineer as a child, to enable food, energy and waste industries to work together with agriculture to make the world a better place. I care about the impact the environment has on the people that live in it, as well as the environment itself. I believe that by integrating industries (even using old technology) they can move to new levels of productivity and efficiency whilst simultaneously benefiting their local communities and the natural world.This belief has led me, over time to care increasingly about policy and global trade. I am convinced that sustainability is good for business and has the power to benefit our communities. Through process innovation, new thinking and integration, I seek to bring radical change to industrial design concepts. I am enthusiastic, tenacious and innovative with 25 years of design, installation and optimization experience in more than 40 countries. I have proven leadership and first class problem solving skills; whilst managing, developing and inspiring teams across diverse cultures.
