• During my time at Creative Composites I was involved with the process engineers that ran the factory floor and worked to make it a safer, more efficient work environment. Some of the projects I completed were as follows:
• Digitised 3 months of backlog of press records for the main pneumatic presses and implemented a process to digitise further records
• Created updated training manuals for each press to train new employees
• Improved health & safety audit rating by recording and labelling every piece of vibrating equipment into an easily accessible document to reduce HAVS (Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome)
• Recorded and labelled every piece of weight-bearing lifting equipment with a serial number also to improve our health and safety audit rating
