Responsible for project progress- Customer: everyday relationship and negotiation of contract amendments and new bids.✗ Achievements - New cask design licensed by German authorities within a difficult technical and political context: transport licence expected in 2005, design performances questioned during summer 2010.- Assembly of 13 casks in progress

Project Manager for Sweden, Netherlands and Italy✗ Assignments- Designing, licensing and manufacturing of two transport casks, loading and transport of Italian nuclear spent fuels to AREVA NC (La Hague recycling plant).- Renewal of licences and services for the Swedish casks for nuclear spent fuels and waste. Feasibility studies and bids for the renewal of the Swedish and Dutch casks.- Project monitoring, management of the project team and responsibility for project progress, customer relationship including commercial aspects✗ Achievements- Italian transport casks were licensed and manufactured respecting costs and schedule requirements. First transport was performed in February 2010- Delivery of the feasibility studies and bids for the renewal of the Swedish and Dutch fleets. The contract with Dutch customer has been finalised (necessary for recycling of nuclear spent fuels at AREVA)- Determination of innovative solutions for Swedish and Dutch customers concerning the lifecycle extension of their current fleet
