-Overseeing implementation of corporate SHE policies and programs for over 30 locations across multiple states and acting as the Subject Matter Expert in SHE topics. -Developing safety, quality, and operational standards as a member of the International Harmonization Committee to be used by all business units across the organization.-Conducting gap analyses of corporate SHE policies to identify compliance deficiencies, especially with relation to requirements unique to California. -Conducting audits to assess compliance with federal, state, corporate and industry requirements associated with the manufacture, storage, and distribution of liquefied and compressed gases.-Performing incident investigations and root cause analysis, including developing Corrective and Preventive Action plans, and communicating findings to all levels of management.-Training and mentoring new members of the SHE Team.

- Developed regulatory compliance programs for clients using highly hazardous chemicals to meet the requirements of OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) standard, EPA’s Risk Management Program (RMP), and California’s Accidental Release Prevention (CalARP) program.- Participated in Process Hazard Analysis studies of complex chemical processes including ammonia refrigeration systems, ethanol distillation and storage systems, and compressed gas storage systems.- Conducted audits of PSM, RMP, and CalARP programs to assess compliance with regulations and provide recommendations for improvement.- Assisted clients with completion of Management of Change (MOC) procedures and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) in accordance with regulatory requirements and project timelines.- Developed Offsite Consequence Analysis reports for modeling of chemical releases using programs such as ALOHA and MARPLOT.- Drafted Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for industrial refrigeration systems using computer-aided design programs such as AutoCAD.- Managed workload from multiple concurrent clients (10+) and provided deliverables on time and within budget.
