As a Retrofit Designer and Compliance Officer at City Energy Network Ltd, I apply my BSc Geography degree and my passion for environmental sustainability to help reduce Great Britain's carbon emissions and tackle fuel poverty. I have gained valuable experience in the energy sector, working with various schemes and standards to provide households with energy-saving measures (Air source heat pumps, Solar panels, Internal wall insulation etc) and improve their EPC ratings.My core competencies include communication, customer experience, team coordination, and retrofit design and compliance in line with PAS 2023. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SPSS, and other software tools. I work with a diverse and collaborative team to deliver high-quality retrofit projects in line with ECO-4, LADs, and HUG. I also have excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, which I developed during my independent research project at Swansea University. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to contribute to City Energy's mission and vision.
