As the General Manager of The Adventure Group, a leading provider of outdoor adventure experiences in Whistler, I oversee the operations, budgets, and guest satisfaction of our diverse and exciting portfolio of activities. With a BSc in International Business - Hotel Management from Sheffield Hallam University, I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, including two years as the Director of Operations and five years as the Guest Services & Concierge Manager at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. I have developed and honed my skills in expense allocation, reduction, and budgeting, as well as customer service, leadership, and team building. My core competencies include strategic planning, problem-solving, and innovation. My mission is to deliver unforgettable and safe adventure experiences to our guests, while maximizing the profitability and sustainability of our business.
