Currently serving as a Life Cycle Logistics Manager responsible for logistical support with the Shipboard Weapons Integration Team (SWIT). Participates in the development of Shipboard Weapons Program Products, i.e.; Ship Suitability Tests (SST), Site Surveys, etc., that ensure new or modified weapons or weapon systems meet the requirements of the Naval Ordnance Maintenance Management Program, OPNAVINST 8000.16D, Chapter 1.8. Communicates and coordinates between PMAs, PMSs, and competency expertise to identify and resolve shipboard weapons integration issues. Provide and Support aviation integration efforts for the design and delivery of ships with safe weapons handling and stowage capability, IAW NAVSEA Ordnance Pamphlet 4 (Ammunition & Explosive Safety Afloat). define future requirements and acquisition strategies to procure aviation ordnance technologies while maintaining alignment with the Navy’s future requirements to reduce manpower and increase technologies. Develope requirements for ordnance storage on board future ship designs to ensure they comply with all current Navy instructions and Doctrine

Pma-201 Direct Attack Weapons

Served as Program Analyst II for PMA-201 Direct Attack Weapons (DAW) responsible for assisting in the sustainment and acquisition logistics requirements for over 140 weapon configurations including over 220 individual cataloged ordnance items. Providing necessary tools, training, guidance and leadership to successfully execute work responsibilities and maintain customer satisfaction in support of NAVAIR and Non Navair customers. I assist in providing inventory and budget data for managing the DAW Bombs, Laser Guided Bombs (LGB), Joint Direct Attack Munitions (JDAM), Laser JDAM, Fuze, Cluster Bomb and Fire Bomb annual maintenance program planning ensuring that funding and assets are in place and the work is accomplished. This effort has continually resulted in meeting all required Fleet availability requirements. Provides logistic expertise to the entire Direct Attack Weapons programs Integrated Product Team (IPT), and level II IPTs: Bombs/Precision Guided Munitions IPT, Fuze IPT, DAMTC IPT, FMU-164/B IPT, JDAM IPT, and HTVSF IPT. Actively participates in logistics decisions providing in-depth thought, experience and knowledge of logistic processes and requirements. Provides sage advice, direction, mentorship and training to over 9 logistic support personnel on a daily basis. Provides inputs and updates, on time or ahead of schedule, to numerous data calls, budget drills, spend plan submissions, Weapons Readiness Review (WRR) briefing packages, Air Launched Weapons Team (ALWT) and Program Health and Ordnance Assessment reports.

Aviation Ordnance Officer with fleet and squadron ordnance operations, program management and test & evaluation experience. Subject matter expert in Naval Ordnance with extensive education in explosive safety, logistics, site planning, ammunition accounting, logistics and acquisition. Direct leadership and management experience for weapons and weapon systems within the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE). Ordnance Officer of Naval Air Systems Command's Air Ship Integration Team (AIR-1.2).
