I am currently working in the talent id department with category 1 football club Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, this involved attending selected games and writing up a scout report to highlight young talented athletes from football club academies and providing detailed reports on teams and individual athletes.

As a project coordinator, I had direct contact with various clients including Travis Perkins, Godolphin and The Co-op. My main responsibility was to plan the project and meet all agreed deadlines with the client, as part of this I would hold monthly key stakeholder conference calls to update the budget holders of the companies to ensure the process was meeting the client’s expectations. I control logistics, manage the uploads of daily blogs, resource materials for the workshops and health checks. A key part of the role is to produce a final report to the client which will hopefully address key interventions needed by the company to promote health and wellbeing in the workforce, in return business retention.

During my time with Wolverhampton I built up a great knowledge base of all the Yorkshire academy teams throughout all the categories.

As a teaching assistant as part of my PGCE qualification I was required to study 200 teaching hours. As a teaching assistant, this gave me a first-hand sight into the day to day roles and tasks of a teacher. My main tasks were planning and preparing lessons that needed covering, my main subject was teaching Btec sport courses in various colleges and 6th forms. I developed skills such as classroom management, communication, time management and organisation.

As a team member I am currently trained to work on customer service and sales, also on a department called rental.As a team member working on customer service I am trained on the front desk, call centre, simulator, clothing, Snosnaps and SnoShop. Whilst on the call centre and front desk I have to book on customers to ski and snowboard lessons as well as recreational passes this is both over the phone and on the front desk. Also I am trained on snosnaps which is taking pictures of events at snozone. Also been a customer service team member means that u have to deal with many queries and make sure each customer has the most enjoyable experience. As a sales team member it is my job to sell memberships to each snozone customer.As a Team member working in rental I am trained to set up the slope, monitor sledging and ice slide sessions, control the lift, set up ski boots, skis and snowboards.I can also work in the bar.
