• Manage the recruitment and hiring of medical business staff for 6 medical billing offices in various locations• Oversee the orientation of recently hired employees and completion of new hire forms• Interview and hire Revenue Cycle Coordinators, Revenue Cycle Directors, and Medical Coders for rural medical facilities around the country• Enforce company policies with current employees• Conduct seminars and presentations to our customers at National User Conferences• Identify hiring and salary trends of potential competitors• Provide explanation of company benefits to new hires and current employees• Participate in community engagement and explanation of TruBridge business structure with various colleges, high schools, and other community organizations• Currently on the curriculum advisory board for two local post-secondary institutions in Mobile, AL
