After having focused on delivering a number of information management solutions to Accenture's clients in the APAC region. I now oversee Accenture Digital Solution Design across APAC. In this role I challenge myself and my teams to design innovative, reliable and high performing digital solutions for our clients. In addition to traditional information management solutions we support our clients with pragmatic approaches as they transition into mobile and cloud based solutions.

Over the years I have worked in various positions and roles across Europe and the US to deliver information management solutions to a number of clients in diverse industries. The focus of my work was to provide technology based solutions that supported our clients’ efforts to achieve their targeted business outcomes. We developed innovative Data Management and Business Intelligence systems that helped our clients gain a better understanding of their customers as well as highlight inefficiencies in their organisations and processes. The insights gained then formed the basis for opportunities to reduce costs or to increase revenue through targeted actions.Throughout this journey I worked as an Analyst, Consultant and eventually Manager with global teams within Accenture.

As an official delegate to the ISO/TC 184/SC 4 Industrial data working group, Thomas attended their global meetings and actively contributed to the development of the foundation underpinning the ISO 10303 Standard (STEP - Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data). During this time, I built the first compiler that would check the syntactical validity of data models defined in the formal modelling language EXPRESS.

As an IT contractor I focused on the delivery of bank domain specific solutions with a focus on a private bank. As part of the implementation program at this client I played an integral role in building the bank's core systems, tailored to the specific needs and the processes of this client. The solution was built in a Unix environment and supported all bank typical processes including HR Payroll, Real Estate Management and more. The application portfolio was retained for many years after the end of the program when it eventually had to be replaced by a bank packaged solution.
