En effet,les méthodes de calculs de durées de vie restent incomplètes et simplificatrices depuis plusieurs années. C’est pourquoi l’entreprise souhaite mettre à jour ces méthodes en se tournant vers l’origine métallurgique de la détérioration d’un roulement.L’objectif de ce stage a été de proposer une modélisation capable de calculer les surcontraintescréées par les inclusions, donnant naissance à l’amorçage, puis à la propagation d’une fissureen surface, conduisant à la détérioration d’un roulement. This is why NTN SNR wants to update these methods by turning to the metallurgical origin of the deterioration of a bearing.The objective of my internship was to propose a modeling capable of calculating the over-stresses created by an inclusion, giving rise to the initiation and then to the propagation of a crack at the surface, leading to the deterioration of a bearing.This modeling includes,- Realization of the Hertz contact model- Meshing on GMSH and FEAP- Finite Element Calculation on FEAPResults used in a scientific publication.
