I received a 1st class honours in music production. After graduating I have found exciting opportunities working within the construction and the building regulation compliance sector. I gained level 1 Air Testing Status with ATTMA and as I progressed into the field of acoustics became a technician member of the Institute of Acoustics. I have completed the IOA short courses in environmental noise monitoring and the control of noise at work with the PGDip in Acoustics and Noise control beginning in September. Now, outstanding acoustic design and performance has become a particular passion. I have designed and tested hundreds of partitions for compliance with part E. Now with 6 years practical experience in the field my aim is consultancy. I’ve worked on a diverse range of projects including but not limited too thousands of UKAS accredited sound insulation tests, on site noise surveying covering primarily residential, industrial, commercial and entertainment scenarios and further acoustic assessments such as reverberation control, BREEAM certification or BB93 testing producing industry leading assessments.
