I have studied beyond my GCSE’s and have completed a MERIT in BTEC level 3 Extended Engineering at Medway UTC.Whilst studying I continued to work in my role at CCT Worldwide Ltd, a shipping and logistics company that has retained my administrative services since my first involvement with them as a work placement arranged through school.I am a dedicated hard-working individual, am trustworthy, reliable and punctual and am now keen to earn full time employment with a company that could both use my attributes within administration whilst offering me the chance to grow and become an integral member of their team.

   I excelled in a work placement with CCT Worldwide Ltd, that was arranged through the Medway Enterprise & Business Partnership scheme.  I had basic admin duties and my Manager at CCT Worldwide was sufficiently impressed to offer me Summer work for the following 2 years.  In 2016 I was offered a permanent part time role with CCT Worldwide Ltd.ACHIEVEMENTS  During my time I have successfully transitioned the company away from paper filing to an all-digital set up and as a result am now able to complete the filing duties for all 3 UK offices. I have implemented a digital filing program around purchase invoicing, streamlining this task and saving several working hours per work for the Accounts Dept. Due to my administrative qualities I was tasked with an operational role on a busy arrivals desk where my responsibility was to identify accurately the digital pre-alert files received from Asia, allocate them to the correct job files in the UK and then update those job files (again digitally) before sending updated arrival information to the importer client. I manage to complete this work for the Company in 1 day per week whereas before the Company was spending 3 days per week doing this work.
