I've always had an interest in how things work ever since i was a child, I would take things apart to study them before carefully reassembling them. After leaving school i studied Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. This is due to my interest in how exactly the refrigeration process works and my desire to pick up a trade and carry out "hands on" type of work.Ive been in the industry for 8 years now, 3 years as an apprentice completing my NVQ Level 2 and 3 in HVAC Systems and 5 years as a fully qualified HVAC Engineer, gaining experience in the industry along the way.I take a lot of pride in being able to identify a problem and take steps to rectify the issue both inside and outside of the workplace.I always strive for customer satisfaction when in the workplace, ensuring good communication to the customer and keeping them up to date on details of the job/work being carried out.
