At the New England Conservatory, Resident Assistants (RA) facilitate the social, academic, personal, and cultural adjustment of students to the Conservatory. The RA develops a sense of community among residents as members of a floor, residents of a hall, and active participants in the residence life system. The RA serves as a positive role model to residents and peer staff members. The RA enforces the rules and policies of Residence Life, Housing and Dining Services and the Conservatory. The RA acts as a liaison between residents and the University administration. The RA acts as a mediator in resolving student conflicts and will refer and report to appropriate channels in order to address emergencies. The RA also completes administrative duties such as running the Residence Hall Office, completing Duty Logs, writing incident reports, and liaising with the administration when needed. The RA maintains a strict code of confidentiality in sensitive situations in order to protect the rights and privacy of both the students and the Conservatory.

Morningside Music Bridge is a rigorous summer music program that brings together an extraordinary group of internationally distinguished teachers, drawn from leading music schools, and offers students (ages 12 to 18) of violin, viola, cello, and piano - an intensive program to develop their musical talents. The context of this multicultural program nurtures cultural awareness among all its participants. Some of the primary responsibilities of the Program Coordinator included overseeing and managing the day to day running of the festival, planning and running programs suited to the needs and interested of faculty and participants, acting a liaison between the festival and the host institution, as well as on press interviews and events, marketing and promoting concerts, arranging transportation for participants and faculty, preforming additional administrative tasks as needed such as proofing handbooks, and providing assistance to faculty, participants, and administration as needed.

In charge of scheduling, rehearsing, and conducting rehearsals of the Columbus Ave Zion AME Church's classical choir. Responsibilities included choosing repertoire for services, scheduling and running weekly rehearsals, and conducting the choir in weekly services.
