I am currently working at Littlefish as a member of the Professional Services team primarily tasked with delivering End User Compute projects to medium to large enterprises with a focus on public sector customers. To this end I am fully SC cleared and have a full, clean UK driving license. This involves working with a broad spectrum of EUC technologies including SCCM, Intune, Office 365, AirWatch and Azure. My work encompasses the full lifecycle of EUC projects from initial Windows 10 builds, application packaging and deployment and Windows 10 feature upgrades while also including other work streams such as BYOD and corporate device management.

I am currently part of the Incubation & Innovation Team developing support models for new and innovative technology offerings that meet customer needs. This also involves providing support for large enterprise customers from pre-sales through to in-life support for the customer’s cloud offerings with a heavy focus around Office 365 and Windows Azure. I have recently completed a secondment as a Team Leader for Vodafone UK’s two Internet of Things (IoT) teams. This included managing the team on a day-to-day basis, dealing with escalations from customers and working with members of both teams on personal development.

Working at a local government body such as Nottingham City Council was a massive opportunity for me to work inside a multi-site, public sector company. I was employed to provide support to all members of the City Council with a focus on taking ownership of issues and providing high levels of customer satisfaction. Here I’ve worked with teams of people from all areas of the business to provide the best possible outcome for the organization. I called upon all of my previous knowledge and skills to help create the opportunities that the organization needs

I worked at SCC for 5 years, where I worked on a dedicated customer support desk. My main responsibilities were to ensure that all incidents were dealt with quickly and professionally with the shortest possible fix time and a high first time fix ratio. During my time at the company I progressed from 1st line through to Senior 2nd Line / Assistant Team Leader which meant I was also responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Service Desk which grew from 6 members of staff up to 18 during my time on the team.
