During my time with this Local gem, I have done a bit of everything. I started my management with private dining coordinating, then the past 1 1/2 years have been focused on the bar. We have focused on expanding our brand (Mash House Brewery) expanding our range of NC craft brews, and products, as well as expanding our inventory of higher quality liquors for better for better cocktails. All the while I have always had a great focus on the training and education of our staff.
