- act as a Single Point of Contact for the customer in terms of service related issues, providing dedicated operations support for Service Delivery on a day to day level- join RFQs, RFIs, RFPs, RFC, business- management of P&L, SLAs and KPIs and reporting to account stakeholders ensuring the contract meets all business case assumptions- build and maintain successful relationships within our customers and look to increase the network of touch points within customers sites to further develop the customer relationship and identify further opportunities- develop on-going customer satisfaction levels throughout the account, proactively gathering customer feedback, and sharing across the business- own & deliver monthly reviews including a range of KPI measurements, highlighting and celebrating success and highlighting concerns and risks- drive standard service delivery practices and services throughout all contracts within the account and deliver continuous improvement / innovation- ensure strong governance is deployed across the account- explore best practise and work at process efficiencies to improve service to the Konica Minolta business and customer base- provide support and input to sales process/tenders and sign up to delivery of business case for new business opportunities- work closely with colleagues and needed team members (e.g. attending / contributing to team meetings) across the business to ensure that internal and external customers consistently receive the highest levels of service- reporting on activities, results, and all other relevant team information up to the management

Decide, develop and deploy, with SBUs and affiliates, systems, tools and procedures to:a. Facilitate information sharingb. Reduce “busy work”c. Improve speed and quality (and with clients as well)d. Improve document sharing (tools and process)e. Improve inter-affiliate feedback loopsf. Enable sharing of resources (human, IT, tools)3. • Management of an operations team of 5 people• Execution of national/international Projects in the industrial sector/Oil & Gas/ Projektmonitoring/ Technical Inspections• Commercial and technical negotiation for new and existing projects and key clients• Procurement activities related to project services• Responsible for execution of global Quality targets locally including training and implementation of new processes
