On contract to Zimmer Biomet as a business analyst working on a Salesforce project.

Joined project in progress rolling out Salesforce B2B eCommerce solution for Sales and Service Distribution Business in an Agile environment. I owned and led the requirements gathering for international locations in Spain, Italy, South Korea, Philippines, Singapore and provided the necessary documentation to our development team, including use cases and test scripts. This led to the successful rollout of on-line parts ordering for customers in these regions.I also convened and led the global User Advisory Boards in monthly meetings gathering feedback from users and suggestions for future enhancements to the application.

Was the lead business analyst driving the BI solution using Microsoft BI toolset for reporting global sales of $8B/yr across multiple regions and ERP applications including Infor MOVEX, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle EBS, SAP, Sage, Apollo, 1C and custom applications. Coordinated with local IT teams to understand each application and determine the correct table mappings to incorporate the application into the BI model. This provided business users near real time analytics of sales and was the first time the business was able to analyze global sales data outside of standard finance/GL reports at month end. As a result, multiple local projects were launched to increase sales and reduce cost using this data.

The previous project was restarted this time using Oracle EBS/R12 and Siebel applications. I led the area for engine and generator set sales to solution order management and CRM functionality, particularly around opportunity management and quoting. Traveled extensively to Europe for workshops and multiple test events resulting in successful deployment to Netherlands, Belgium, Norway and Sweden simultaneously, replacing their existing 20-year-old system.

Relocated from company offices in Western Australia to take up position on new project to deploy Oracle EBS/R11. With my previous experience with equipment sales I was able to effectively and quickly engaged with stakeholders to determine business requirements for the new application. Due to the 2008/09 recession the project was halted.
