• Interagency Emergency Data Manager (IEDM) Project Architect – IEDM is a custom Dynamics app created to manage housing and support for migrants. Working to migrate and consolidate both internal collaboration and customer collaboration and portals into a single platform. This new single platform is using Microsoft Cloud services including O365,SharePoint,Flow,Powerapps,Teams, OneDrive and PowerBI, and will include integration into Salesforce along with taking advantage of several socialization platforms for sales and marketing departments. the advantage is there is a single ROS (record of source) for all documents and communications, the integrations are just areas where the information is surfaced based on needs.We are also using this platform, along with Microsoft Teams app and Delve to build out not so much a portal as much as relevance based team and individuals. By the word relevance, I mean that in a globally dispersed company such as Skillsoft, a user will only surface items that they need, and teams that they need.
