As an experienced banker, I have acquired business development skills, customer service skills and finance skills. I have gained a strong understanding regarding BSA, FACTA, KYC, OFAC and other bank regulations. I build relationships with customers and assist them with their financial goals. I also work with small business owners and assist them with their cash management and credit needs, as well as offering them personalized service. I work with Certified Public Accountants, Attorneys and other business leaders in the community to assist the financial needs of their clients. These needs include assisting their clients open checking and savings accounts as well as establishing estate, trust and guardianship accounts. I work closely with small business owners and advise them on their financial needs. These needs include establishing commercial accounts, equipment financing, working capital lines of credit and advising small business clients on their payroll, merchant services and digital banking needs.One of my greatest experiences as a banker was being branch manager at TD Bank and opening a new branch in Wantagh, New York in May 2006. Our branch team grew the branch's deposit base by $50 million and consumer loans outstanding by $10 million in the first 5 years of opening. Through working with leaders in the Wantagh community, we were able to develop a great referral network as well as giving back to the community.
