Product Marketing Manager
Current- Coordinate product lifecycles, serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product requirements based on customer demands. Manage two direct reports and 10 internal partnerships.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with department leaders across manufacturing & materials engineering, accounting, UX design & product quality control, customer service, and field support operations.
- Train team members in product knowledge to maintain user support after product launches.
- Strategically plan & design marketing campaigns and project timelines with Director of Digital Marketing; consult with Lead Editor & Senior Graphic Designer to develop content, such as advertisements, internal.
- Establish positive relationships with vendors, employees, consultants, and customers to inform strategic planning.
- Communicate between internal teams and customers to devise pricing models and negotiations; serve as product SME to advise clients on product optimization.
