Key Responsibilities: • Deploy new Group products/services and contribute to harmonization across countries• Support Head of Marketing in executing local activities within budget and aligned with Group & Local strategy• Serve as Privilege Loyalty Program contact • Manage customer-specific marketing initiatives to support the Sales team• Participate in customer and partner meetings with Sales Managers/Representatives• Own and manage partners for revenue growth and brand exposure• Manage collateral, merchandise, and signage in line with brand guidelines• Oversee local loyalty rewards program and reporting• Implement brand updates and new product launches per international guidelines• Provide support for new location launches, events, and conferences

Key Responsibilities: • Management of site content on several Content Management Systems ensuring they meet SEO requirements (WordPress, Squarespace)• Responsible for the creation, branding and management of digital marketing assets using Adobe design suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).• Co-ordinate the emailing promotional calendar (EDM Marketing - Mailchimp)• Operation and development of all social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and more. Posting as required on all platforms. • Content planning, creation and copywriting.• Edit video/audio content to produce final assets primarily for Instagram and Tik Tok, driving the design and creative vision to support brand launches and activations• Planning and executing social media initiatives to increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities: •Planning and organizing content schedules efficiently using Excel for a strategic online presence.•Utilizing Photoshop and InDesign for visually engaging social media content and Squarespace for daily blog creation.•Management of social media channels with Hootsuite, integrate email campaigns using Mailchimp, and analyzing results with Google Analytics.• Pitching ideas in team meetings by proposing audience engagement strategies for a dynamic online presence.

Key Responsibilities:•Responsible for the recording, editing, and music creation for the podcast.•Maintaining high-quality audio and eliminating background noise during editing.
