Site Acquisition and Lease reviwe of land for Solar Fields:Provided over 1,000+ acres for enXco PV Solar Development Corporation in AZ and CA.Provided multiple PV Solar opportunities to Iberdrola Renewables in AZ and CA.Site location and legal review for state issued compliance regulations win both AZ and CA.

Established project direction, staff, formulated and enforced budgets and supported site generation:Approved all legal reviews of contracts, zoning applicaitons/approvals, and construction plans.Achieved $600,000 in new SMR's (Site Modificaiton Requests) by completing 90% landlord and jurisdictional approvals within initial two month period.Allocated all workloads and priorities for team to drive timely milestone production.Supervised five managers in Site Acq.
