I'm a Learning and Development specialist who's passionate about supporting the people around me to excel. I love working cross-functionally to identify performance gaps and assess the learning needs and goals of my partners so I can deliver effective learning interventions that help them reach their goals.I've held several positions that have allowed me to become very comfortable with facilitating in-person workshops and trainings, and I enjoy being able to make personal connections with my learners to help them know how to apply the material to both the professional and personal life, including conflict resolution, leadership styles, communication, and individual and team effectiveness. I'm also very experienced with creating courses, articles, one-pagers, and other learning resources to teach soft and technical skills, including goal-setting, legal compliance, safety compliance, product knowledge, and more. Additionally, I have experience in LMS administration and management.At this point in my career, I'm interested in either continuing down the L&D path or transitioning to an HRBP path. I do have HR experience outside of L&D and would love opportunities to improve myself in the legal and strategic areas of HR. I'm comfortable working in a team and as an individual contributor, though I definitely do prefer roles where I can regularly interact with others.Portfolio available upon request.
