I am currently conducting farm audits/inspections on behalf of Bord Bia in the quality assurance programme which ensures that the highest standard of food production is being achieved with optimum traceability. I am a driven, dedicated and motivated individual with vast experience in the farming sector both on the ground and in the office with experience in dairy, beef, sheep and crop rotation which assists me in working with colleagues to achieve the highest standards while also enhancing team skills.
