I am currently a Project Manager / health and safety advisor at JWCI Limited.My job is to estimate, design, develop and oversee projects for the some of the following; - Hygenic food and beverage installations - Steam, Hot water and other services installations - Chemical Plant Installations - Paper Recycling installations- Pharmaceutical Installations - In-House fabrications of CE marked platforms, buildings, framework etc.Everything from pre-fabrication within our workshop to full turn-key projects. I also oversee multiple local sites on a regular basis in which I have built good working relationships with the engineering managers by helping them with anything from small repairs right through to turn-key projects. I also work alongside the Health and Safety director with the day to day running of Health and Safety within the company. This can vary from on-site risk assessments to updating and enforcing policies and procedures. Trying to keep a good safety culture within the workplace is a key part of the role and ensuring that fellow employees are safe and come forward with any issues in regard to there health and safety.Health and safety is a passion of mine which I have adopted into my role within the company and I tHaving been a senior pipefitter welder prior to my new roles I will drop the paperwork and pull the welding set out when it's required and work with the team to get the job done.I pride myself on my quality of work whether it is a weld, a risk assessment or the development of a system that is being installed. I am very hungry for success within my career and to make a difference to the company and the people around me.
