• Supervise 41 associates in a fast paced distribution center, shipping and receiving auto parts for both Hyundai and KIA to dealerships. • Supervised upwards of 30 associates in all aspects of day to day receiving and shipping assignments. Job duties included but were not limited to scheduling all inbound freight, monitoring daily productivity, accuracy, safety requirements and administering discipline when needed. Move staffing to areas of need within the department and work with other departments to fill areas of need by maximizing cross training with all associates. Ensuring that all outbound loads were ready for their scheduled pick up times and paperwork was in perfect order for delivery.. Certified Equipment Trainer.

• Supervised upwards of 70 associates in all aspects of both the receiving and the shipping dept. Adjusting staffing throughout the day to ensure all deadlines were met for the unloading of all inbound freight and all trucks were loaded properly on the shipping side for deliveries to the stores. Worked with dept. managers with monitoring productivity for both the depts. as whole and individual associates in the dept. to ensure all company goals were met.
