At the time of the sale GettingHired.com was the largest national employment and social networking portal that uniquely serves disabled job seekers, employers, advocacy organizations and national/local service providers connect with each other to facilitate the betterment of employment for People with Disabilities.

Duties included strategic and tactical revenue activities of technology software & services group. As part of the executive management team, I actively participated in the sales, operational and financial turnaround of the 24/7 Real Media organization (stared at $5m per quarter cash flow burn, to a positive cash flow state in 1.5 years). My group focused on serving the needs of Advertisers & Publishers by providing them with technology solutions and or services that provide effective analysis and profiling of their user base, while leveraging these profiles to offer more targeted ad and search delivery. The software products; Publisher Ad Serving (OAS), Advertiser Ad Serving (OAD), WEB Analytics & Audience Management (Open Insight) further allowed Advertisers and Publishers to effectively manage their advertising business and provide their advertisers with robust data access & reporting capabilities.
