I have a solid background in the dairy industry, with experience spanning from 2013 to 2020 at Lehigh Valley Dairy. Beginning as a front-line employee in a union environment, I gained proficiency in operating fillers, CIP tanks and lines, MP2 (maintenance prevention), and raw milk receiving. In 2018, I transitioned to the role of third-shift sanitation supervisor, overseeing production and sanitation across various departments including raw milk receiving, processing, filling room, and blow mold.In 2020, I joined Acme Smoked Fish as a second-shift production supervisor, managing a team of over 60 associates and assuming diverse responsibilities. These included conducting performance reviews, actively participating in operational enhancements, and contributing to the company's evolving culture. By the end of 2021, I was promoted to production manager, responsible for overseeing second-shift production and all three shifts of our raw/processing department specializing in salmon curing and smoking.Recently, in February 2024, I accepted a lateral daytime role as a warehouse manager at Acme Smoked Fish. This transition offers a unique opportunity to leverage my comprehensive understanding of the entire production process—from material receiving to packaging, shipping and everything in between.
