As the international shipper responsible for all International laser system shipments and documentations and schedule the pickup and deliveries. As the receiver responsible for inspecting packages and parts from vendors to make sure that nothing is damaged and quantities are correct then inventory control in the warehouse and stockrooms. Also was trained to assist cutting in house grown crystals to size and spec with wire saws and use x-rays to ensure proper orientation of the crystals. As of May 2023 I was promoted to shipping & receiving supervisor. As the supervisor my responsibles are to make sure items are received and delivered accurately with a strong sense of attention to detail and make sure shipments are shipped out on time and get to the customers correct location and on time. Making sure we have the correct information on the sales orders and RMAs and freight terms are correct and International documents are filled out accurately and making sure there is a good communication with the freight forwarders and the customers. Make sure that any International sales order have accurately be gone through our customs with our compliance team and the correct information is on the sales orders and RMAs.

Responsible for receiving incoming parts from vendors and making sure quantities are correct and not damaged for inventory control. As the international and domestic shipper had to make sure the products were packaged properly, handled all the international documents and coordinated with the customer and freight forwarder to make sure the shipments got to their final destination with no issues.

Machine Operator - Manufactured plastic products for medical and electronic equipment. Operated CNC mills and lathes along with deburring parts, assisted with machine setup. Prepared and operated router table. Parts had tight tolerance, check parts with vernius, calipers and other measuring tools and made adjustments on machines if parts are too big or too small.

Stockroom Clerk - Handled company material and distributed to production group. Inventory control equipment in warehouse and stockroom using Oracle data system. Dealt with shipping and receiving parts.
