As the Chief Editor, I train and manage the editors and photographers in the newsroom. I am also involved in news gathering decisions including story ideas, logistics and helping the assignment desk. Our newsroom is unique because it is shared with a newspaper, The Hartford Courant. I have also helped train the Courant's still photography staff to shoot and edit video. I have been involved in the planning and production of our live events (parades, road races, marathon, fundraisers).
