I coach and mentor less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with Departmental processes and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture aligned to Departmental values.Key technical tasks undertaken in this role include: - Design specifications for traffic signal controller operations- Carry out programming of traffic signal controllers as per specifications- Undertake quality control of developed traffic signal programs before on site installation- Provide authoritative advice on the design of traffic signal plans- Ensure appropriate configuration of SCATS for post-commissioning of traffic signals- Deliver signal network optimisations via SCATS
