Manage a group of engineers responsible for providing electrical systems engineering support for all of TVA’s hydro-electric generating stations –113 generators at 29 dams and one pumping station.

Managed a group of 25 engineers and technical specialists responsible for providing field engineering support for all of the base’s electrical utilities, building and “plant” electrical distribution systems, and “stand-alone” “plant” control systems (e.g. hydraulic pumping systems, baro-well level controls, etc.).This group also provided or supported the following projects:• Power Systems Analysis (PSA) – Modeled the base electrical distribution system.• Infrastructure Condition Index (ICI) – Rated the base’s entire infrastructure on a 0 – 10 scale to allow priorities to be determined on repair/ replacement.• Arc Flash Analysis – Collected and modeled the base electrical system (working with PSA) to determine the arc flash hazards in accordance the requirements of OSHA and NFPA 70E.I personally oversaw and managed the ICI and Arc Flash projects, including scope, schedule and funding.
