- Scheduling and coordinating candidate phone interviews, video conferences and in-house interviews across both experienced hire and campus hiring efforts- Responsible for handling candidate travel and reimbursement expenses to and from Interviews- Dealing with a high volume of requests and inquiries across several email inboxes in a fast paced environment- Communicating new ideas to improve the hiring process to help achieve set hiring goals- Providing a high amount of feedback calls for unsuccessful candidates- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships across the Engineering department and wider recruitment team- Assisting in the organisation of in-house and external recruitment events
