In 2004 I started TCA a transportation management company. From 2004 to 2008 TCA coordinated the motor coach services for the AIM conventions for COGIC in Los Angeles, St Louis, Houston Texas, and Detroit, moving over 15,000 attendees each year. TCA is still an active company, arranging town car services and working with DMCs and meeting planners for airport transfers and group movements.

As the GM of the 500 West Hotel I managed the hotel operation to maximize occupancy and revenue. I gained the most satisfaction working with the local organizations that worked to help the homeless population and veterans get back on their feet.

Hired by Yellow Cab Company to start a premium car service in San Diego. Under my leadership as General Manager / Director of Sales and Mrketing, the company grew to 21vehicles with revenues over one million dollars within eight years. Premier Ride was selected by the Marriott Marina, Town & Country, and Hotel Del Coronado as the preferred executive car service for their properties, and also selected by Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as their preferred service in San Diego. Premier Ride was sold to LJ Transportation in 2004.

Prior to 1993 I excelled in the following positions while working with Great Pacific Hotels in San Diego, and Hilton Hotels in San Diego and Seattle Washington: Front Office Manager, Director of Operations, Rooms Division Manager, Director of Sales, and General Manager. I was also a Certified Instructor for the Regional Occupational Program (ROP) and taught the fundamentals of hotel-motel management to adults at Grossmont Evening College.
