I am currently the branch manager at a cash store location, my daily tasks include working open (9am) to close 7(pm), I am in charge of counting the safe every morning before opening and making sure all reports are processed and managed properly. Oversee 3 Assistant Store Managers. I conduct daily role play scenarios with employees for improved customer service as well as daily meeting to review current numbers to budget and goals for the week. The District Manager conducts monthly audits with me to review store performance and growth. I am tasked with creating the team’s focus each month and ensuring they are onboard.

Oversaw shipping and receiving which included unloading vans, organizing and stacking banker boxes in current locations. Scanned new boxes into system, created new labels and locations for storage of new boxes. In charge of moving all items in warehouse from old location to new warehouse location.

Cleaned and prepared cars for rental customers, picked up and dropped off rental car to customers, picked up and delivered vehicles to different branch locations. Assisted in helping the branch stay clean and organized and taught the basics of the rental industry.
