My name is Thomas Casteel. I grew up in Tomball, Tx, on the northwest side of Houston, where I attended and graduated high school from Tomball Memorial Highschool. At this time, I currently work for Cottonwood Financial dba The Cash Store. My hire date was January 6, 2021 and I am currently the store manager at a location in Spring, Tx. I am responsible for most day to day operations at my branch. I am required to work 47 hours each week, open to close each day. My responsibilities include, obtaining the branch's monthly budget, conducting meetings with my team and district manager, creating work schedules and ensuring the daily task are completed each day. I also assist with monthly audits of the branch, maintain customer files and ensure my team is giving great service to customers. This has been my first management position for a company and I want to grow from this experience. I would like to extend my knowledge and skillset to a willing company given the chance.
