Debenhams challenges its staff to provide a fantastic shopping experience and therefore a great customer service is required. Other responsibilities included maintaining the stock levels and aesthetics of the shop floor and building a solid product knowledge of a specialized section within the home department. This was my first experience of working within a team in a professional capacity and was the perfect place to work to develop this skill.
