Researched all requirements and authored new System Spec, sorting decades of obsolete requirements to transfer those still relevant to modern technology. Optimized telescope performance specs to specific missions. Originated vehicle design to accommodate stringent access constraints at Range fixed optical sites, data, power & comm interfaces, human factors, control console maintenance, comm and power interfaces, deployment characteristics, and transport issues. Vehicle successfully delivered.
