Quarry manager (10 collaborators). Exploitation of an alluvial deposit and production management (450 kt/year), respecting the QHSE policy. Redevelopment of the quarry with excavated materials from the creation of a new subway line in Toulouse (300 kt/year).

Creation of new production facilities in a limestone quarry (CAPEX > 2M€). Call for tender, subcontractors management, cost monitoring and operations supervision.

Internship

Optimization and reorganization of the production monitoring system in a limestone quarry : Implementation of Key-Process Indicators (KPI), creation of daily/monthly production report. Optimization of the blasting monitoring system by VBA programming.

Internship in a factory producing aluminum bars used in the aerospace industry. Improved the production system by developing a training manual and creating Standard Operating Procedures for operators.
