Tom has spent over 14 years in the Guernsey financial services industry, focusing on closed-ended funds including private equity, property and mezzanine debt funds. Prior to joining Langham Hall, Tom worked for Citco Fund Services (Guernsey) Limited as head of their company secretarial department. As a company secretary he has developed and implemented various processes for promoting and sustaining good corporate governance and statutory compliance. Tom has significant hands on experience of client on-boarding, due diligence and remediation matters.
