I am a innovative, results oriented Law Enforcement leader, with over 25 years of progressively responsible work experience, who can bring dynamic leadership to any public safety/security organization.As the Chief of Police for the city of Chicopee I developed and administered a $10.5 million dollar line item operating budget, including payroll and benefits, operating expenses, equipment procurements and capital outlay projects. Through an efficient use of resources and a reorganization effort, I was able to return 5% of my budget to the city treasury 2 consecutive years, while improving overall performance, adding needed training and developing major programs. Some of these programs included the Safe Parks Program, Safe Schools Initiative and a Traffic Safety program.
