I worked on a software engineering project that utilised Java and the Spring framework to consume data and query Elasticsearch. In addition I created and developed a DevOps solution in Azure utilising Terraform, Azure Kubernetes Service and Helm to build and test Android and Windows applications via Jenkins. I have worked within Amazon Webservices to develop a solution to run a Neo4j datastore; a NodeJS application with a ReactJS UI; and a set of python scripts on separate EC2 instances.

  I have worked on multiple projects during my time including:A DevOps solution to run a set of python scripts, a Neo4j instance and a ReactJS UI running on a NodeJS server on separate EC2 instances within AWS. The solution required updates to the python scripts and JavaScript code upon a completed branch with code hosted in GitLab without a direct network connection to the AWS account hosting the EC2 instances.A DevOps solution, run through Jenkins, creating an AKS cluster through Terraform and deploying resources through the use of Helm. In addition this solution then hosted its own Jenkins instance for various different types of builds including: building and testing Android applications; building and testing C#/.NET code; and creating virtual machine instances within Azure based off a custom VM image.A Java application consuming data from files, SharePoint and MSSQL. This utilised an ElasticSearch back-end and Spring Framework with Spring Security. The application was Dockerised and deployed in containers.
