With over eight years of work experience in various fields, I am a versatile and adaptable professional. As an Archivist/Historian at Hollywood Golf Club, I am responsible for collecting, cataloging, preserving, and interpreting the Club's 100+ years of history, and creating engaging historical content for various platforms. I am motivated by the opportunity to showcase the Club's rich heritage, culture, and legacy, and to connect with diverse audiences and stakeholders. I bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, as a former Marine, a historical interpreter, and a history student.In my current role, I use my skills in archival management, historical research, and digital media to assess, rehouse, update, and digitize the Club's archive, and to produce informative and appealing social media posts, website content, and exhibits. I also collaborate with other staff members, members, and external partners to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of historical information and materials.
